With deep sadness, we announce the closure of The D.E. Stearns Company. Established in 1941, we have
proudly served our customers for over eight decades. This decision has been made after careful consideration
and reflection.   

We are immensely grateful to all our loyal customers for their support over the years. Your feedback,
encouragement, and continued business have been invaluable to us. Serving you has been an honor, and we
hope that we have met your expectations and earned your trust. 

Although D.E. Stearns will cease to operate in its current form, our spirit and values will live on through our
parent company, Tinker & Rasor, which purchased the D.E. Stearns Company in 1976. In 2009 Tinker & Rasor started producing all D. E. Stearns products. Tinker & Rasor will perform all repairs and recertification under the D. E. Stearns name. Tinker & Rasor will honor all warranties, contracts, and relationships forged by the D.E. Stearns Co. into the future.

 

During this transition we will work closely with you to make sure all your orders and needs are taken care of. Going forward, our team, including April Rodriguez (accounting), Brandy Bond (customer service representative), and Cathy Humphrey (repairs and rentals coordinator), will be happy to assist you.
